Winners will be informed and issued an invoice shortly after the auction concludes at 8:00pm AKST. Payment is required by February 10, at that point, the win will be given to the next highest bidder.
When the ASFW Silent Auction coordinator receives proof of payment an email will be sent to the winner from the Silent Auction Coordinator with pickup arrangements. Generally items will be picked up at the NSAA office M-F (10-5 pm) unless special arrangements are made. There isno shipping availablewith the exception of gift cards that will be mailed to the winner’s residence once proof of payment is received.
Unclaimed prizes will be added to the NSAA Online Store on March 13.
